Sankhya's Deploy Agent configures an ERP from fiscal documents in days, not months
Brazilian software maker Sankhya feeds a client's official tax files to AI and skips months of manual ERP parameter-setting.

The solution
ERP implementation had long been a nightmare for Brazilian companies: teams spent one, two or even three years configuring systems, and errors surfaced only after go-live. Sankhya, founded in 1989 in Uberlândia by brothers Felipe Calixto and Fábio Túlio, decided the configuration itself was the problem.
Its Deploy Agent uses AI to automate initial parameter-setting. The system processes the company's official fiscal documents—files already sent to the government—identifies business patterns, and configures the ERP automatically, so fiscal audit, cost and margin calculations and decision dashboards work on the first day.
Implementation that took months or years shrinks to days or even minutes depending on company size, and ROI arrives in the first week. Sankhya is rebranding the outcome as an EIP (Enterprise Intelligence Platform): an intelligent platform ready for immediate use rather than a complex system requiring months of setup.

When setup data already exists in a canonical form (tax filings), use it as the configuration source instead of re-asking customers to type it in.
Aftermath
Sankhya projected 2025 revenue of about R$700 million and R$1 billion for 2026, planning to quadruple new clients by 2026 and invest another R$200 million in expansion after acquiring its ninth startup. The Deploy Agent was showcased as eliminating the traditional implementation process for all new Sankhya clients.
