Peli BioThermal's Credo shippers hold pharma's temperature with no power
Credo shippers use phase-change materials and vacuum panels to hold a drug at 2-8C for days with no fridge, and are rented to pharma.
Peli BioThermal
那一手
Biologics and medicines must stay in a tight band such as 2-8C, but a supply chain is a sequence of trucks, planes and warehouses, any of which can drift out of range.
Active refrigeration is heavy and expensive, and frozen gel packs and dry ice need recharging and disposal.
Peli BioThermal's Credo boxes combine phase-change panels with vacuum-insulated panels, holding a chosen temperature for 96-144 hours with no external power, and are built to be reused for years.
Because the boxes are rented through a service network, pharma pays for protection per shipment instead of owning a fleet of cold containers.
为什么管用
- Phase-change material absorbs and releases heat at a fixed point, so the box resists temperature swings.
- Vacuum insulation slows heat transfer without a compressor or fuel.
- Reusable rental removes single-use coolers and keeps insulation in circulation.
- A simple, repeatable packout cuts the human error that causes cold-shock excursions.
可以搬走什么
For a stable temperature, make the container the climate and rent it; don't buy a whole truck per shipment.
后来呢
Peli BioThermal became a standard for temperature-controlled pharma shipping and expanded its rental network across Europe and the US, positioning reusable packaging as the lower-carbon alternative to single-use dry-ice boxes.
